Rice with Turkey and carrots
I come to you with a delicious and healthy dish from Turkey. Wonderful aroma give this dish a spice. I should add that this dish belongs to the diabetes-menu (portion - 3 bread units).

Ingredients

  • Broth

    350 ml

  • Figure

    120 g

  • Turkey

    500 g

  • Carrots

    500 g

  • Green peas

    150 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Curry

  • Turmeric

  • Thyme

Bring to a boil the broth (I had chicken), salted, and put in it washed rice and the leaves of thyme. Boil the rice for approximately 20 minutes.

Turkey meat washed, obsushivayut towel and cut into strips. Carrots cut into cubes.

In a pan heat olive oil and fry the Turkey strips until Golden brown, salt, percu and spread from the pan.

In the pan (after the Turkey) - butter. Heat the oil and fry the carrots for about 3 to 5 minutes.

Figure recline in a colander.

In a pan, where roasted carrots, send the rice, thawed peas and corn. Salt, percu and the carcass 5 to 7 minutes under the lid.

Then add the fried strips of Turkey breast, seasoned with curry and turmeric and heat for a few minutes.
