Beef in orange glaze with bulgur
Fragrant, tender and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Veal

    500 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Salt

    2 g

  • Spices

    5 g

  • Bulgur

    1 cup

The meat slightly discourage (pin) for softness. You can use pork, too, will be delicious!

Squeeze the juice of 1 orange.

The meat is slightly prisolit and pepper, sprinkle with herbs or spices which you love. Pour juice of orange. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.

Fry both sides, because the meat is saturated with the juice, a small pot will not!

The remaining marinade is poured into the form for further roasting meat.

Put into a form with the juice of the meat, send in the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees, then turn the grill on for a few minutes to form a Golden crust! Watch for the meat to not dry it in the oven! Meanwhile, for garnish boil the bulgur as specified on the package.
