Description
Tender, flavorful pie a special taste which gives gives almond. To form a size 29.5*17.5 cm I take half of the ingredients. In the winter using frozen raspberries.

Cooking
The products that we need
Convenient way to melt butter (I do this in a water bath), cool
Beat eggs with 200gr. sugar and vanilla until fluffy foam.
Flour mixed with baking powder. Add to egg mixture the flour, melted butter, grated cheese (mascarpone), ground almonds.
The dough is not liquid and not steep, runs off the spoon with tape.
Pour the dough in a greased form.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Test evenly distribute the raspberries, lightly pressing into the dough, sprinkle with the remaining sugar and chopped almonds.
Bake at 200 deg for 40-45 minutes, guided by your oven.
