Cooking

step-0
In the pictures the products of which will cook the balsamic vinegar will get the lens later. Two assumptions I made, as a departure from the original: Balsamic vinegar and 20% additive in ground beef minced pork (I was afraid that one beef get harsh).
step-1
The first step, as always, the preparatory work: onions and garlic are cut, as small as possible, the meat is salted and seasoned with pepper.
step-2
Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until a light blush, a little cool.
step-3
Add sauteed onions and garlic in mince, mix well.
step-4
In the absence of special dishes (turns out there is such) for this dish, smeared with butter, a small ceramic form.
step-5
Put in a form prepared stuffing, spread.
step-6
Top watered, rather, smear ketchup and add a touch a bit of balsamic vinegar. The original balsamic vinegar is not used, but I would not be me if not I'll make my small contribution to my cooking (just kidding).
step-7
Send in a heated to 160*C oven for 45 minutes. And so get meatloaf out of the oven.
step-8
Cut into 4 pieces, put on salad leaves, served with fried onions mushrooms sour cream and arugula (agree, arugula from my greenhouse - just the beauty).
