Baked cod with a green paste
Very spicy and incredibly delicious cod, which is cooked on a bed of tomato sauce, and the top covered with a green paste made from capers, parsley and mustard. Try it, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    500 g

  • Fish fillets

    4 piece

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. First you need to cook the tomato pillow. For this finely chop the onion and garlic.

2. Sauté them in 2 tbsp olive oil until transparent. Then add slices of tomatoes with their juice (I had mashed tomatoes, too bad). Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes without covering the lid to evaporate excess liquid.

3. Fish fillets wash, dry, pepper and salt.

4. Capers chopped.

5. Parsley chop, mix with the capers, mustard and 2 tbsp olive oil. This will be a green paste, which should put some fish.

6. Form grease with oil and pour in the entire can of tomato sauce.

7. For the sauce put the fish. Press is not necessary, and just lay on top.

8. Fish spread a green paste.

9. Bake in a preheated 200 With the oven for 20 minutes, cover the form with foil or lid.

10. The fish is ready, apply it very well with boiled potatoes.
