Soft waffles with sour cream
Soft, tender waffles. Such loves my husband. I, on the contrary, the taste is crispy. But these, with a light spicy note, like both of us. Love to have a good feast. And entertained you!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    220 g

Cooking

Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla.

Add sour cream, sweet soy sauce (I used Kikkoman TM). You can use salt, but soy sauce in a wonderful way emphasizes and reveals the taste of the waffles. And what flavor is when baked!

Beat on low speed until smooth.

Baking powder to extinguish lemon juice.

Pour the egg-sour cream mix half of the flour and the baking powder.

Mix well on medium speed for 30 seconds.

Pour remaining flour on medium speed and knead homogeneous dough. It takes less than 1 minute.

Pour the batter into the waffle iron, given that it will substantially increase in volume when baking.

Bake until done, focusing on my waffle iron. For me it took 5 minutes. To get 45 hearts.
