Tilapia with Provencal herbs
Very gentle, dietary fish with aromatic herbs...

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 cup

  • Spices

    1.2 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    20 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onions chop and fry in olive oil, add grated carrot, tomato paste, salt, pepper, simmer until tender

Tilapia fillet to RUB herbs de Provence and place on a baking tray lined with foil

Spread on top of steamed carrots.

Close the fish with foil and send in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
