Baked beans with rice and meatballs
Very tasty and hearty dish! Surely you didn't try the beans and rice together, I advise everyone to try and estimate)

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Figure

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato juice

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Soak the beans overnight in cold water.

The next day cook the beans until tender, about 45 minutes, and rice according to package instructions, about 10 minutes.

For the meatballs, finely chop the herbs, mix with mince, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

Wet hands to form little meatballs. Roll them in flour.

In a large skillet, heat the oil layer of 1 cm and fry meatballs on high heat, turning, until Golden brown. Meatballs are ready to transfer it to a plate.

Clean the carrots and garlic, cut into very small cubes. Finely chop the chilli, the number and severity of your choice.

Sauté the vegetables in the same pan, where roasted meatballs, until tender, about 7 minutes Add tomato paste.

Tomato paste can be diluted with tomato juice, or boiled water. Add the beans, stir everything well and warm.

To the beans with the sauce, add the cooked rice, mix well, add salt and pepper to taste and spread in a greased form for baking.

Half drowned in the rice-bean mixture, meatballs, sprinkle with oil. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven until Golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Serve the dish hot. Bon appetit!
