Sweet and sour pork ribs in Chinese

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    1.75 kg

  • Soy sauce

    80 ml

  • Brown sugar

    125 g

  • Vinegar

    50 ml

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    125 ml

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Pineapple

    180 g

  • Potato starch

    2 tsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

Cut ribs.

Prepare all products: soy sauce, vinegar, wine, sugar, pineapple, cornstarch, vinegar, ginger, pepper. I'm in my recipe didn't use the vinegar.

The ribs bake in the oven for 1 HR 30 minutes (until Golden brown) at a temperature of 160 degrees.

Combine the soy sauce, sugar, wine, vinegar, chopped pepper in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the ginger and pineapple chunks. Dissolve the starch in cold water, add to the sauce and once it thickens, remove from heat.
