Penne with baked pumpkin in a creamy sauce
Recently discovered a pumpkin in Savory version. I present to you one of these recipes and encourage you to cook - very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Fish

    150 g

  • Basil

    10 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Olive oil

    8 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cut the pumpkin into small slices, put in baking pan, add four tablespoons of oil, season with salt and pepper and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.
