Goulash from Turkey with mushrooms
Fond memories of the time spent in Hungary when I discovered national pride of this country - a Hungarian goulash. This dish is very simple in preparation and in composition, but the taste of it so noble.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Turkey

    1 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Broth

    300 ml

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Green onions

  • Salt

Cooking

Onion peel and cut into cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and fry the portions of goulash.

The meat spread the onion and cook until transparent, season with salt and pepper. Add the mustard and ground pepper.

Pour in the vegetable broth, cream and wine. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Mushrooms cut into plates and put into the stew for 5 minutes until tender.

Ready stew sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Serve with a side dish (got rice).
