Chicken fillet in bacon with onion rings in soy sauce
I can imagine that onion can be incredibly delicious, and the chicken tender and juicy? No? Welcome to my picnic!=)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    400 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bread crumbs

  • Soy sauce

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Soy sauce, pepper and crushed garlic mix. The sauce 2 hours marinade for sliced oblong sticks of chicken.

While the chicken is marinating, take the large onion and cut into slices.

Mix with one tablespoon flour.

Mix egg, 2 tbsp flour, 150 g of yogurt, 2 tsp of soy sauce and whisk.

Dip in above is made of a mixture of onion rings...

... and then in bread crumbs with sesame seeds.

Lightly fry on both sides (can be baked in the oven) and our rings are ready.

Then, after 2 hours, each chicken stick wrap with a thin slice of bacon.

And a good fry on both sides, thanks to the marinade and bacon fillet will not turn dry or tough, will be very tender.

250g yogurt, mustard, spices, Soy sauce kikkoman classic mix, makes an excellent sauce for our meal. =)
