Cheese bread with chicory and prunes
I love to experiment with bread. And this is no exception. Used chicory in powder, which is drunk. The taste really does not feel, but nice color it definitely gave.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    170 g

  • Rye flour

  • Flour

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Prunes

    1 handful

  • Zira

    1 pinch
