Chocolate raspberry cake with creamy filling
I suggest to try this easy and delicious chocolate cake with raspberries.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Raspberry

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

For the cream fill: mix in a bowl all the ingredients and if you need to punch in a blender to avoid lumps. Set aside.

For the chocolate bases: melt the butter, add sugar and cocoa, mix well until smooth.

Then add the eggs and beat.

After the chocolate mix in the flour mixture and baking powder, mix well until smooth. Form for baking lay a paper for baking, brush a thin layer of oil and lay the chocolate dough, flatten.

On top put the raspberries.

Pour the creamy filling and bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for about 40 minutes.
