Description
This recipe I have called "wild rice cowboy", because this dish brings me memories about the ranch, the horses, the fields, cowboys in big hats... I visited once on a real cowboy ranch. This is an unforgettable adventure. From there I brought the recipe.

In a deep pan (I used a wok) put 2 tablespoons of oil, pour 3 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Put the wild rice and cook with the lid closed, 55-60 minutes.
Ready rice we shift into a bowl.
In the same pan (wok), pre-washed, put brown rice, 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Close the lid and leave for 35-40 minutes.

Raisins pre-pour 1/2 Cup of boiling water for about 20-30 minutes.
Almonds fry with the remaining oil until slightly Golden brown.
In a deep dish mix both rice, raisins and almonds. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Put on serving dish and sprinkle the top with chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
