Rye bread with kefir
A good recipe for HP Moulinex. A recipe from the Internet but I changed it. Tasty, not crumbly. Don't get stale 3 day for sure!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Rye flour

    300 g

  • Flour flax

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

My first HP liquid ingredients. Water, buttermilk (slightly warmed in the microwave), rust. butter and crumbled yeast. If the yeast is dry then fall asleep flour. (Rye bread 2 hours. L. checked).

Add the flour, rye flour (my flour), Flaxseed flour, salt and sugar.

Check the bun. 5-10 min from the start of the batch. If the dough is watery add flour. If too dry add water. After all the flour is really different! At this time, the bun is excellent.
