Description
This is a very tasty and quick version of pancakes with ham and cheese filling. When ready to eat pancakes and already sautéed mushrooms to make this dish easy. My oldest son loves these pancakes and sometimes indulges his family.

Cooking
Cook the pancakes on his favorite recipe using oil "Oleyna". Cool.
Fry sliced mushrooms in oil "Oleyna".
Cut ham and ham strips. Grate cheese on a medium grater. Put on the damn mushrooms, they are ham and ham, top with a pinch of cheese. Wrap in a tube.
Spread in a greased baking pan, pour over sour cream and sprinkle with a little nutmeg, generously sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes - to blush and melt the cheese on the outside and inside of the pancake. Serve immediately with a Cup of coffee.
