Pancakes with cabbage filling
Looked at all similar recipes, but all the cabbage is added directly to the dough, and this recipe does not found.

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    5 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

First, prepare the filling. The pan pour vegetable oil Oleina.

All mix well. You should get a thick batter without lumps. To get faster you can use a blender. Leave the dough in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. It will increase almost 2 times.

Boil 2 eggs, chop and mix with the prepared cabbage.

In hot oil put 1 tablespoon of dough. And on top of each pancake put 1 spoon of the filling, flatten and slightly press it into the dough. Cook on a slow fire.

On top of the filling, add another 1/2 tablespoons of dough and carefully flatten it on the filling. What would the dough well behind the spoon, hold it in cold water.
