Viennese pie
It is not only a delicious pie with a crispy crust, but a good way to dispose of the remaining jam or jelly.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Jam

    1 cup

In the flour grate the chilled butter. Quickly grind hands crumbs. Add the sugar, starch and mix well.

Add sour cream, egg and slaked soda. Knead the dough.

Divide the dough into two parts. A smaller part of 15 minutes to clean the freezer.

A large part of the spread on a greased form, to make bumpers. I find it easier to do it with wet hands.

Spread jam or marmalade. Better, of course, something sour. But I jam from the cranberries with apples.

From top to grate the remaining dough, flatten. Bake at 180' for about 30-40 minutes until Golden top.
