Skewers of liver
Quick cooking skewers without soaking in milk and marinating.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    1 kg

  • Fat

    1 piece

  • Zira

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Take the liver (lamb) and the internal fat, the so-called mesh. Preferably not from the fridge, and fresh.

Take cumin, spices, not tea bags, salt and red pepper flakes. We usually take burning.

Grind cumin and mix with the remaining ingredients.

Pour in the chopped liver. Mix and strung on skewers.

Take a skewer and wrap the mesh on the 2 round, cut and fasten with toothpicks.
