Walnut-currant pie
Very delicious and healthy cake with juicy sour berries. You can cook from fresh in the summer and winter - from frozen!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Oat flakes

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Red currants

    1 cup

  • Black currants

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Egg white

    3 piece

Cooking

For the test.

Hazelnuts and oats chop.

Mix the flour, hazelnuts and cereals.

In another bowl, mix the honey, vegetable oil, egg and sour cream.

Both masses mix, knead the dough.

Roll the dough in round shape (I have a form with a diameter of 25cm.), making bumpers. Remove for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

To make the filling.

Beat the whites with the sugar TM Mistral. The surface has to be a trail from the whisk.

In protein mass to enter the crushed cereal and nuts, red and black currants, mix gently.

The filling spread on the dough.

Preheat the oven to 180 deg., bake for 30 minutes.
