Chicken Moroccan
A fragrant dish of chicken legs

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Pear

    3 piece

Fry the onions until Golden brown, then spread from the pan.

Mix with water, turmeric and cumin. If not, there's chicken seasoning containing those spices.

Chicken fry on high heat until brown and pour/sprinkle them with seasonings. Leave for 15 minutes to stew.

Fry the pear (in a pan without oil).

After the chicken has potosinas, put it into another bowl, in a pan with sauce to melt the honey. Then put back the chicken, onions and pears leave some stew.

Ready. When serving, pour good gravy and the chicken pieces dip in it.
