Easy to make cheese cake and currants. Tea every day - great!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    75 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Butter

    45 g

  • Vanilla

    0.5 g

  • Flour

    225 g

    0.333 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Black currants

This pie will turn out especially tasty if you use brown sugar that has a caramel taste. I used sugar TM "Mistral"

For the base mix the sour cream with egg and sugar

Add the flour mixed with vanilla and baking soda and knead the dough. It is very soft and elastic

For the filling, mix cottage cheese with egg, sugar and flour

Add berries (black currant), vanilla and mix

Roll the dough into the reservoir and laid on the bottom of the form,

Sprinkle cheese and berry layer and place in oven. I baked at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes

The finished cake remove from the oven, release from form and sprinkle with powdered sugar
