Very tasty batter ideal for fried pies and baked.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    1 kg

Cooking

In milk dissolve the yeast and add sugar.

Add a little flour, stir and put in a warm place.
