Dumplings
This is the same case as with the dumplings.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Sift the flour, make a well, pour water and add salt.

Knead the dough. Put in a plastic bag for 30 minutes.

Peel the potatoes. Boil. Mash

Fry the onions until Golden brown. Then add to the mashed potatoes.

Roll the dough as thin as possible, but not until transparent.

To close up the dumplings in the usual way. I did it by hand. If someone wants, can do it on varenicline.
