Sour cream cake with cocoa
Very simple and delicious cake, which you can pamper yourself every day!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Granulated sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Dried apricots

    1 handful

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

Whisk in a bowl eggs. Gradually add sugar and beat well.

In a separate bowl pour the Cup of sour cream, then stir in the flour. Add there the softened butter and mix well. Add raisins, dried apricots and nuts. Beat until a homogeneous mass. Then add to the mixture the baking soda on the tip of a knife and stir.

Mix the two masses in one large bowl. Divide the dough in half and in half of the dough add the cocoa.

Form for baking grease with oil. Pour the batter into the pan turns from two different bowls. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

The finished cake to decorate to your taste. I poured chocolate ganache and decorated it with unfrozen fruit. Bon appetit!
