Walnut pancake and yoghurt
Continuing the theme of the elimination from the refrigerator yogurt, I made pancakes. Pancakes I horror as do not love, but their American counterparts I quite like. A particularly interesting science experiment with additives. So you are welcome to taste the pancakes that I made for Elena (в744нт).

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    300 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    40 g

Lightly beat the eggs with the sugar and salt. I chose the fine sugar from the Mistral.

Add the flour, baking powder, vegetable oil, yogurt, milk. Mix everything carefully.

Crush in a mortar the walnuts, add them to the dough. At this point the husband is always screaming: "Add more raisins!". But with the raisins personally, I do not particularly like. A walnut in the test surprisingly good. Leave the dough for 10 minutes to infuse.

Preheat the frying pan. And make pancakes on it without oil (I ladle the pancake-dough).
