Fish with vegetables
The recipe I saw in the magazine "Bon appetit!", prescription needed pink, but I had Pollock. Turned out just, well, very tasty, just as the guests looked mother, who appreciated the new dish.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Greens

    20 g

  • Spices

Onion cut into half rings and garlic in large fry together in butter 3 minutes.

In fried onions and garlic add carrots and potatoes and fry for 10 minutes. Tomatoes clean the skin...

And cut into cubes.

After 10 minutes of frying the potatoes, add the tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. And simmer for another 7 minutes.

Fish cut into portions and sprinkle lightly with salt.

On steamed vegetables put the fish and greens and at the edges of the pan of sliced lemon into slices.
