Pangasius with vegetables, baked in a sleeve
Bought pangasius fillet... didn't know how to cook. I looked at the expanse of Scullion - a lot of very interesting recipes found, as many eyes run. As "pangasius in the hole" I found on the website, I decided to share with You my recipe. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • Pangasius

    805 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Onion

  • Cauliflower

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

So, cut the fillets into serving pieces. Salt, pepper, add spices for fish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put aside, let marinated. Potato peel, carrots too. In a saucepan pour water, add salt, we add back the vegetables (I have a Bay leaf thrown). Wait until boil and cook for 10 minutes. I decided to boil vegetables, because they were afraid that the fish is cooked faster than vegetables.
