In the yogurt and sift the flour, starch. Add sugar, salt, egg, baking soda, oil. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Add to the batter mushrooms, onions, grated on a coarse grater zucchini. Stir gently. If the dough is too cool, dilute with hot water until the consistency of sour cream.
Bake in a pan, covering with a lid, until Golden brown.
