Fish fillet in a crispy crust
Yesterday a friend in my office ate fish Pollock and teased me :)today I indulged myself baked fish :)very good!!!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil potatoes.

Hot quickly wipe.

Add oil+egg yolks+nutmeg+cheese.

Quickly stir until smooth.

Fish cut into pieces and salt fry.

Preheat the oven to 180 gr. form grease with oil and put the first layer of half the potatoes.

The second layer of fish and greens(I have a bow).

And the third layer of the remaining potatoes well leveled.

Put to bake until Golden brown here before this :)
