Very unusual, hearty dish. Porous, airy dough with a meat filling-the best combination!

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

  • Salt

  • Cheese

Mix the minced meat (I have beef) and boiled rice, salt and pepper to taste.
