Cottage cheese pie-cupcake
Very tender and tasty muffin casserole in one person. A layer of chocolate cheese simply incomparable. Baking disappears from the plates.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Milk ghee

    0.66 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

Cooking

Cook a thick porridge made from baked milk and semolina. Add 70 grams of butter. To cool down a bit.

Add to the cheese mixture, cereal, egg, sugar, vanilla. Mix everything into a homogeneous mass.

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Melt in a water bath 50 grams of dark chocolate and add to 1 part.

The second part is to put the raisins and mix well.

In the third part add chopped dried apricots, mix well.

Grease the moulds with butter and put layers of each batter into molds.

From above to grease with sour cream and bake in a preheated oven at 180*C for 20-30 minutes until Golden.

Remove the casserole-cupcakes from the molds.

Can be served as a cheese gratin hot with your favorite jam. Can be served as muffins cold.
