Ponce in the oven
Went to the store for sardines, and bought a Dorado.. and it turned out we again vitamin easy dinner.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Black olives

    100 g

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Broth

    0.125 l

Fish cleaned, washed

Cut onion into rings and garlic slices
