Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients.
With orange remove the peel and finely chop. Into the glass squeeze the juice.
The nuts are chopped, carrots grate on a coarse grater. Combine sugar and butter.
Now to the sugar mixture pour the juice with baking soda and put everything except the flour. Mix well.
Now add the flour, stir and put in greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form.
Bake at t=160 -180 C, 40 - 45 minutes ( Or until dry matches, it all depends on the oven ) ATTENTION - remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool completely in the form. Otherwise the cake will collapse. Although it is so tasty.
