Buckwheat bread
Baking delicious bread is not necessary to acquire special equipment. You can bake bread in a conventional oven. Delicious bread with buckwheat taste and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    210 g

  • Buckwheat

    90 g

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 tsp

  • Water

    250 ml

Buckwheat rinse, dry.

Partially granulate in a blender.

Pour hot water, add 1.5 tsp salt and 1.5 tsp sugar.

Allow to stand, the mixture should cool to a warm state, Krupa - swell.

Add 1 teaspoon of dry yeast. Then 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Pour the flour. Knead a soft dough that slightly sticks to the hands. Put the dough in a greased bowl and put in a warm place. Let the dough rise twice.

Coming up the dough with hands, greased with oil, put on a work surface and take the form of a rectangle.

The dough is tightly rolled into a roll. Spread in a greased form and gently make cuts, to put the form with the dough in a warm place for 15-20 minutes (unfortunately, I this interval is not sustained, the dough should not have risen).

Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven, putting a baking sheet under the pot with water for the first 10 minutes. Then bake at 180 degrees for another 20-30 minutes.
