Awesome fried meat goes well with the mushroom sauce.

Ingredients

  • Beef

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Cognac

    30 ml

  • Sauce

    20 ml

  • Bacon

    45 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The meat is processed, cut into 3 medallion. White mushrooms cut into dice.
