Soft cheese with raisins
My favorite pie! Put on your court, your favorite Cooks!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    150 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

To start making a shortcrust pastry, I did not photograph, I think everybody knows! But I repeat: a butter to pound with sugar, add egg, salt, mix well and sift the flour. Shape into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
