Beef in a creamy sauce
Love the creamy taste in the dishes of mushrooms, spaghetti, soups... But the beef in cream sauce to make never tried. Until now:)

Ingredients

  • Beef

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Parsley

Cooking

To prepare a piece of meat, dry with a towel.

Cut with observance of all subtleties of cuts of beef, pieces at its discretion. Fry in vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.

Add water, the amount depends on the quality and quantity of the cooking meat: if beef is dry - about glass. Continue cooking under the lid, on medium heat.

Meanwhile, chop the onion, RUB (chopped and optional), carrots.

Chopped greens. I think something else to put in the dish in addition to standard dill+parsley is not necessary, spoiled the delicate creamy taste of the finished dish.

Dissolve the flour cream, to vex lumps formed (photographed with one hand, therefore, missed), RUB the mixture through a sieve... anyway, to add to the almost ready, soft meat, pre-salted-pepper to taste.

A little put out, add the greens, and just remove the fire. Here's what happens :)
