Rice with cashew nuts
Delicate rice with cashew nuts - very easy, tasty and new.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

    125 g

  • Nuts

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

  • Green onions

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil until transparent color.

Add the rice. 1 minute to fry, stirring occasionally.

Pour 325 ml. of water. Salt.

Over high heat bring to a boil, and allow to writing a rolling boil for 1 minute.

Then leave to simmer 20 minutes on low heat covered with a lid.

In a dry frying pan fry the sliced cashew nuts. Green onions cut into rings and with a Pat of butter to add to the frying pan to the nuts. Season with salt and pepper and stir.

Mix with prepared rice
