Amazing cake of Roquefort with nuts
That's what the recipe I was born due to the fact that the fridge has cheese, particularly Roquefort, which is a bit stale and I had somewhere urgent to use:) as an appetizer or just snack most that is necessary! Very refined and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Baking powder

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Flour

    100 g

Cooking

Here they are, pieces of cheese, I went with them. :-)

Add sour cream, milk and egg and mix up. Even better with a mixer beat on low speed so that the lumps of Roquefort dispersed.

Add sifted flour and nuts, chopped into pieces. For spice you can add raisins. Then really, it's just "amazing". :-)

We shall form, pour into it the dough and put in preheated oven (180 degrees).

Baked for about 15 minutes, not more. And that turned out so pretty. And the smell was throughout the house.....awesome!

All you can cut and eat! My husband ate it as an aperitif before dinner, it is thin, but soft and with mind-blowing aroma of Roquefort. Of wine just a class!
