Pie with apples
Juicy pie with apples and nuts and beaten egg whites. In our family it goes with a Bang.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Yeast

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

    170 g

  • Flour

    1000 g

  • Apple

    0.5 kg

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Mix warm milk with yeast and let stand for 10 min.

Add salt and sugar. Beat with a whisk until smooth.

Add the egg yolks and beat slightly.

Pour flour 400g., to make a thick cream.

Leave for 15-20min., so grown up.

Now add the vegetable oil.

Stir well and add the remaining flour to make soft dough. Put in a warm place for 45-60 min., to grow.

Coat the baking pan with paper and grease with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into larger and smaller parts. A large part of the roll out. On a baking sheet on top spread thin slices of apples (pre-cleaned from the skin and seeds) and ground nuts. Roll out the smaller part of the flagella (the design of your choice). Grease the pie with beaten egg.

Now whisk whites with sugar until dense foam and with a spoon spread in a cell. Bake until ready. Bon appetit!!!!!!!!
