Bread with olives and marinated peppers
I advise all turns out very tasty and fragrant bread!

Ingredients

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2.5 tsp

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Olives

    25 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

Put all ingredients except olives and peppers to a form, in the manner specified in the instructions for Your bread maker. I will describe my steps, so, in a baking dish pour water + break raw egg = 400ml

Add 30 g butter ( I oil not pre-heated, because my bread maker at the beginning of the process itself warm the ingredients for 20 minutes)

Salt 1.5 tsp sugar 2.5 tsp (in different corners of the bucket) and of course, the sifted wheat flour 600 gr (I buy Elenovskoe for baking bread :))

In flour make a hole and there - dry yeast - 2 tsp (I have "Lviv") Then put bread on basic program ( I have 3 h. 50 min.) and wait for the second batch.

While spinning a ball, cut pickled pepper (2 pieces) into small cubes.

Black olives, pitted (25 pieces, more) cut in half. After the second kneading (horn) peppers and olives (it is a little dry in paper towel) add to our bread.

and 10 minutes before end of baking, bread can be lubricated with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
