Description
Each marinating meat on skewers in their own way. Here's our version, which we caught on after the second day of the wedding (in nature) we did 10 kg of the barbecue, and flew it at the speed of light! :D :D :D

Cooking
The meat is cut into cubes with a side of 4-5 cm.
Onions clean. Cut into rings.
In a larger bowl put the meat, onions. Sprinkle with pepper, spices - to taste.
Long and carefully mix to mayonnaise, onion and preservatives have been on all sides of meat. Leave overnight, make sure they marinated the meat.
Go on nature. Put the grill:) Take the meat, fry on all sides until a beautiful brown.
