Chocolate cupcakes
Light chocolate cupcakes!!! Took the recipe out of my head... sour cream has gone in the fridge here that I found a use! Turned out to be surprisingly tasty, and the main thing is that the cupcakes are not dry, and very very gentle. My children have strickly in 3 accounts, and even cold they were not given!!!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla

    5 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

Cooking

Mix : sour cream+baking powder+eggs+water+sugar+vanilla+Nescafe+margarine. All good whisk.

Then add:cocoa+flour. Also a good beat. Spread the dough in the molds with a special paper cups, so the dough is not stuck.
