Description
Yesterday, my husband whined that I haven't baked him delicious. It was late and I postponed it for the morning. True, and in the morning I don't really like to Tinker, so I took the on-call pack puff pastry, quince which not so long ago rolled up in banks and not straining made cake. ))

Cooking
Thaw the dough, divide into two parts. One end slightly roll out. Spread on greased the pan with vegetable oil, make dough and sprinkle with nuts (I toasted them a bit).
Put the quinces (I took a quart jar of quince in its own juice). You can slice the quinces and a little put out it in a sugar syrup(water+sugar) until soft. The second part of the dough cut into strips, and cut them with a knife. Spread on top and brush with egg. Put in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
When cooked, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Very tasty with some tea from mint!)
