Apple pie with crumble topping
Fans of the apples with cinnamon dedicated.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    125 g

  • Flour

    330 g

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Salt

  • Apple

    500 g

  • Lemon

    6 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

Margarine at room temperature cut into pieces or mash.

Add 4 tablespoons of hot water and stir until smooth.

Add the flour, sugar, salt and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for about an hour. Meanwhile, let us apples and topping.

Apples peeled, cut into quarters, remove the core. The flesh is cut into wedges and sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening.

Roll the dough and put in greased form. I rolled out the dough and make it not a big cake, put in a form and gently knead with your hands at the edges.

On the dough evenly spread the filling, sprinkle our grit. Stung the edge of the pie, if necessary. Bake in the oven for 60min. I sometimes get a little more.

Then remove cake and cool. For lovers of lemon, you can mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and cover cake. I never will do, because I do not love the lemon. And without it it turns out really delicious... and what a smell from the oven...apples with cinnamon...
