Cooking
Potato boil in "uniform". To clean, allow to cool slightly, cut into slices and pound with mortar. Add the egg, semolina, 3 tbsp sour cream, salt. Stir until smooth. Eggs boil and chop finely.
Onions to chop. Mix with eggs, add salt, add mayonnaise, mix well.
Ready potato "dough" to spread on a wet towel.
