Mincemeat
About cooking this dish is often debated, so I just refer to Mr Gendelev, claiming that this version is correct.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    1 piece

  • Veal

    300 g

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Cheese

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Clean the herring, cut the fillets, caviar, put aside, you already know why. Fillet cut into slices to make it easier to throw them in a meat grinder.
