Focaccia
An alternative to bread, just delicious with milk or juice.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Water

    400 g

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Put the sourdough in 50 ml of warm water stir 2 tablespoons of flour, a spoon of sugar and 20 grams of yeast. After increasing the dough in 2 or 3 add the rest and knead the dough ( in the bread machine I fell asleep). After an hour the dough had risen, I got it and hand stretched on a baking sheet. Stuck olives.

Put in a preheated 200 deg. the oven and bake 25 min. (Top with water sprinkled)
